How We Provide Estimates

To help us give you an accurate estimate, please provide clear photos and a detailed description of the damage through our online form. If you need to send additional or higher-quality photos to ensure the damage is fully visible, please email them directly to promobiletouchups@gmail.com. If you are using our website contact form, you can also request a reply from us via email, which will allow you to easily attach and send more photos.

Our On-Site Booking Policy

We rely on the accuracy of the photos and details you provide to book the correct amount of time and materials for your job. If our technician arrives at the booking and finds that the actual damage is not fully covered by the information provided, or if the job was booked under misleading circumstances (as deemed by Pro Mobile Touch Ups), we reserve the right to decline the work.

In these instances, Pro Mobile Touch Ups reserves the right to charge a modest call-out fee of $275 (inclusive of GST) to cover travel, time, and business-related expenses.
